Salary: £21,158 per annum (inclusive of market supplement rate)
Permanent, 36 hours per week 
Based in Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore

sportscotland Glenmore Lodge is Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre, where our aim is to offer world class training in outdoor adventure sports and encourage more people to enjoy the outdoors more often.

We are currently looking for a Chef to join our Catering and Household Team at Glenmore Lodge, who will prepare and cook food to a high standard and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

As the Chef, you will support the Head Chef including involvement in planning menus and supervising staff who are allocated to kitchen duties, so we are looking for someone who has similar relevant experience. You should also have knowledge of kitchen health and safety and food hygiene practices.

Various jobs – hospitality

We are currently looking to fill a variety of roles in our catering team, including chef/cook, kitchen assistant and bar staff. You will work as part of a friendly team catering for up to 60 students per day. The Lodge is located at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains and there are plenty of opportunities to get out into the outdoors, join on our courses (where space allows) or get out for adventures with like-minded individuals for climbing, skiing, mountain biking, winter walking and ice climbing. We are a 7 day operation and weekend working will be required.
