TRAIL RIDING
With world class natural and manmade trails surrounding us at Glenmore Lodge, we’ve got a stunning playground for you to experience the joys of trail riding on right at our doorstep.
DISCOVER TRAIL RIDING
Come and enjoy the world of biking along well maintained off road trails, all through the amazing and ancient Caledonian forest that surrounds Glenmore Lodge, and gain the confidence to get out exploring off road trails independently. This course is ideal for those who are looking for the foundations to a lifetime of mountain biking adventures.

Trail Plus is aimed squarely at those out regularly on a mountain bike. You will already be riding some techy trails but are looking to progress your skills and gain the confidence to ride the harder trails. On Trail Plus, our aim is to help you gain control in terrain where you currently struggle and help improve your performance to give you more speed and control

Our highest-level Mountain Bike course, Trail Pro is for those who want to explore the steep and technical trails of the Highlands, which offers world class riding and breath-taking scenery. Our experienced mountain bike coaches will give you top tips and input to help you to ride with more flow and get the confidence to tackle that feature on the trail that you’ve been avoiding.

Do you hike and hill walk on marked trails, but are not confident to plot your own path through our hills and mountains? If you’d like to increase your self reliance and have the confidence to play a more pivotal role in your walking then this is for you! We aim to set you on course to developing skills that will enable you to be comfortable and safe in our truly unique wild places.

A one day guided trail run in the Cairngorm mountains. We aim to cover 20-30km of mountainous trails and take in some peaks. Get high, explore further and enjoy the high mountain trails.
4th SEPTEMBER – COURSE DETAILSCUILLIN MUNROS
If you’re working your way through the Munros, the Cuillins don’t need to be something you’re putting off. Our instructors can lift the veil of complexity and guide you over what are some of the UK’s most spectacular mountains. You will also by default gain some mountaineering experience which will enable you to enjoy the mountains with the biggest reputation.

Discover the exhilaration and adventure of white water kayaking in a fun 2 days. If you’ve seen people crashing their way down rapids in little plastic kayaks, and wondered how it feels, now’s your chance!
10th SEPTEMBERINTRODUCTION TO WHITE WATER KAYAKING
This course is aimed at anybody who’s keen to develop the skills to kayak white water rivers. Over the course of the week we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to tackle grade 2 rapids.
5th SEPTEMBERGRAND RIVERS KAYAKING TOUR – INTERMEDIATE
This week is geared towards the paddler who’s looking to paddle as many grade 2/3 rivers as possible, exploring the best that the Scottish Highlands has to offer.
21st NOVEMBERWEST COAST KAYAKING – INTERMEDIATE
Spend 5 days paddling some classic grade 2/3 sections of West coast rivers and develop your paddling on this non-residential course
10th OCTOBERWEST COAST KAYAKING – ADVANCED
Paddle on grade 4 sections of the fantastic rivers that the West Coast of Scotland has to offer on this week-long non-residential course
